Bajeevpi Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

Bajeevpi is a licensed and regulated online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh operating completely legally. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Bajeevpi platform. By using our services through the Bajeevpi website, mobile application, or any other medium, you agree to comply with all these terms and policies.

Bajeevpi is for individuals 18 years of age or older only. Registration and betting on the Bajeevpi platform by minors is completely prohibited and legally punishable. We conduct age verification processes and take strict measures to prevent access by minors. To use Bajeevpi's services, you must be qualified according to the laws of your country and have the legal right to participate in online betting and gaming activities.

Bajeevpi's Rights

Bajeevpi reserves the full right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page and stay updated on any changes. Continuing to use Bajeevpi after changes means you have accepted the new terms and conditions.

Bajeevpi reserves the right to refuse service to any player at any time and for any reason, suspend or close accounts, and cancel any bet. Particularly if we believe that any player is violating these rules, engaging in fraudulent or dishonest behavior, or abusing our platform. Bajeevpi is the final authority to finalize all bet and game results and resolve any disputes.

Player responsibilities

• Legal compliance: When using Bajeevpi, you must comply with all applicable laws of your country and region. If online betting is prohibited in your area, you may not use Bajeevpi.
• Accurate Information: You confirm that all information provided to Bajeevpi is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• Account security: It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login information confidential and prevent unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
• Responsible Gaming: Bajeevpi believes in responsible gaming. Play within your means and do not view betting as a source of income. If problems arise, seek help immediately.

2. Account Registration & Management

To place bets and play games on the Bajeevpi platform, you must create an account. The registration process is simple and quick, but there are some important rules and requirements you must follow. Each individual may only maintain one account with Bajeevpi. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of winnings.

Registration Requirements

• Age Verification: To register with Bajeevpi, you must be at least 18 years old. We may request a copy of your identity card, driving license, or passport for age verification at any time.
• Identity Verification: To verify your identity and prevent fraud, Bajeevpi conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be required to submit valid identification and proof of address.
• Accurate Information: During registration, you must provide your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email accurately. This information must match the documents you submit.
• One account only: Only one Bajeevpi account is permitted per person, household, address, email, IP address, and computer/device.

Account security

The security of your Bajeevpi account is extremely important. Keep your login information (username and password) completely confidential and do not share it with anyone. Use a strong and unique password that you do not use anywhere else. Bajeevpi will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, change your password immediately and notify Bajeevpi support.

You may not allow anyone else to use or transfer your account. You are solely responsible for all transactions and bets made from your account, even if someone uses your account without your permission. Always log out when you finish using Bajeevpi, especially if you are using a shared or public device. Bajeevpi is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

3. Betting Rules & Conditions

Betting on the Bajeevpi platform is easy and exciting, but there are some important rules that all players must follow. All bets are accepted and settled according to the rules and terms and conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed, except by using Bajeevpi's specific cash out feature if it is available for that bet.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

• Bet Confirmation: Your bet is only valid when the Bajeevpi system confirms it and displays it in your account history. Always check the bet slip before confirming.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Bajeevpi sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and event. These limits may change at any time and may vary from player to player.
• Odds changes: Betting odds may change at any time. Your bet will be settled at the odds confirmed when you placed it, not at any subsequent changes.
• Bet Settlement: Bajeevpi settles bets as quickly as possible after the event concludes. Most sports bets are settled within minutes of the event ending, and casino games are settled instantly.

• Bonus abuse using multiple accounts
• Syndicate or organized group betting
• Insider information or match fixing
• Chargeback fraud or payment disputes
• Exploiting platform bugs or errors

Bajeevpi provides tools and resources to help players control their gaming activity and get help if problems arise. If you feel that you or someone you know has a gaming problem, please seek help immediately.

Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that will help you control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set loss limits to restrict how much you can lose within a specific period.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Bajeevpi reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time and for any reason, especially if we believe these terms and conditions have been violated. Reasons for account suspension or closure may include: providing false information, multiple accounts, fraud or deception, bonus abuse, money laundering, use by minors, or any other rule violation.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Bajeevpi account at any time by contacting the support team. Before account closure, any pending bets will be settled and you must withdraw your balance. Bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Once closed, the account cannot be reopened (except for self-exclusion, which has its own rules).

Account Suspended by Bajeevpi

If Bajeevpi decides to suspend or close your account, we will notify you via email. In cases of rule violations, Bajeevpi reserves the right to forfeit outstanding winnings, bonuses, and even deposits. In cases of serious violations, Bajeevpi may take legal action and report to the relevant authorities. If you do not agree with the account suspension decision, you may appeal through support, but Bajeevpi's decision is final.

Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login or activity), Bajeevpi may mark it as dormant. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee deducted from your balance. To prevent your account from becoming inactive, log in at least once every 11 months.
